In order for parents of pupils in primary school to get a feel of our secondary school we will hold Open Mornings and an Open Evening in September 2021.
Open Evening
Tuesday 14th September 2021 – 4:30pm-7:00pm
During Open Evening from 4.30pm to 7.00pm parents can visit our school with their children and take a tour of all the departments. You and your children will have the opportunity to take part in activities, talk to teachers and senior leaders about Aston Manor Academy. All year 6 pupils will also have the opportunity to win ‘goodies’ and prizes in every subject they visit on the evening!
To reduce COVID risk we are asking only 1 adult to accompany prospective student, and masks to be worn inside.
Open Mornings
13th-17th September 2021 (9:00am-11:30am)
Parents who are unable to attend our Open Evening or simply wish to have another look at our school can visit our school during our normal school day from 9.00 am to 12.20pm and take a tour accompanied by teachers or pupils. During the tour parents can visit a number of lessons, talk to members of staff and see the excellent facilities we have to offer.
We are limited to 1 parent/carer and the child for the open morning tour. Unfortunately we can only offer tours to Year 6 students this year due to limited numbers of visitors in school.
